Earning her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification in 2004 and her MBA in 2006, Alicia brings a fresh perspective to business strategies by utilizing over 10 years of experience in HR. By forming lasting relationships to build strong partnerships, Alicia can help your company successfully implement cost effective HR policies and procedures without having to hire an employee.
